Move & be Moved
Hey, I’m Jenni Stardust. Join me outside this summer, in the studio or invite me to your office for a post-work flow.
Can’t wait to groove with you!
Yoga Sculpt is back at The Verb Hotel!
This time, we’re moving to the iconic emo & pop punk beats of Taking Back Sunday, Something Corporate, Paramore, Yellowcard, Dashboard and more.
Come alone or friends to get a great workout in, meet cool people, and enjoy a mindful fitness experience set to the soundtrack of your favorite bands.
Ticket includes a smoothie after class, and mat rental if needed.
I work a full time sales job alongside my passion of teaching yoga & fitness. I know the importance of moving your body to relieve stress or get your creativity flowing.
Book me for a yoga class at your office before or after work! Classes can be customized to be more high energy, or relaxing. My goal is always to stretch the muscles and joints that are contracted and stagnant during the day, and I can incorporate a musical theme if your team loves a certain genre or artist.
Jenni’s mission is to build community, connection and confidence through mindful movement in the forms of yoga, yoga sculpt & strength training.
My home for the past eight years, and the best place to move with her consistently, is the CorePower Yoga Fresh Pond studio in Cambridge.
Join us! I made you a mixed tape.
Move with us online and at yoga studios & unique spaces throughout New England.

Don’t get to the studio as much as you want to because of work, kids, life? Same! I partner with Kristina of Stay Grounded Yoga to offer zoom classes every week.
What Moves You?
What Moves You?
We believe in the magic of moving to the music.
All Moved Yoga offerings have an important musical element, from curated playlists and full album flows to a live music soundtrack. Check out what we’re moving to!
Meet Jenni
I’ve been teaching yoga since 2017, and mindful fitness, primarily in the form of yoga sculpt, since the year after. I’ve been obsessed with music since REM lost their religion and Lisa Loeb said “I do.” The combination of vinyasa style movement to powerful lyrics and music that beats my heart like a drum has been an integral part of my yoga practice, healing and quest to find and create magic in this world. I’ve always envisioned my yoga teaching as a pathway to building a community that is more susceptible to awe and authentic conversation than the average human. Together, I see us creating space in our bodies, peace in our minds, confidence and connection in our lives…and I’m walking down the street with a boombox on my shoulder, leading the way. Thanks for being here. Let’s create this together.
